confusing entrance

lack of service

the breakfast entrance was embarrassingly unclear, forcing guests to walk around. also, the lack of shuttle service is rather unthinkable for such a supposedly high-end hotel. i expected at least a complimentary drink for the inconvenience, but why would i? just couldn't give a good review when red-carpet treatment was nowhere to be found.

We had a cracking time at this boutique hotel! The staff were braw, always friendly and attentive. Enjoyed the lovely swimming pools and the free tuk-tuk rides into town. Only downside was a wee bit of an issue with the outside noise from the road. Pure lovely experience overall!

We loved our stay at this charming spot! The kids had a blast with the kayaks available for rent, making fun memories out on the water. Breakfast at the Obi Oon was a highlight, with the fresh dishes keeping everyone happy, including our grandchild.

My kids wished for more activities available for families.

Exceptional service at the Putahracsa made the stay truly memorable. The attention to detail was astounding. the staff provided surprises like beautiful snacks in the room every evening and complimentary cold water and nibbles around the pool. Not to mention, the breakfast was a delightful mélange of Thai and international dishes, including eggs cooked to order, which made each morning feel like a special occasion.
